Disclaimer: During this challenge, I was eating in a caloric deficit. Meaning I was eating under my maintenance intake. My meals and workouts were all under a trainer's supervision.

 

Although diet and exercise may have contributed to weight loss. I did notice that I was able to lose weight faster when I was drinking a gallon of water a day.
