I have acne prone skin, and my diet definitely plays into the appearance of my skin. I eat dairy and sugar (a lot of sugar), so that has a lot of impact on how my skin looks.

Although the water didn't clear up my complexion, it did help to hydrate it! Normally when the weather gets cold, my skin will become dry and peel (gross, I know) but that has been replaced with a glow from within thanks to the water!
