anxiety

Overall, I do think that drinking a gallon of water every day for the past seven weeks has helped my anxiety levels. Minus week two, of course, you can see that my anxiety levels went down each week for the most part as I drank more water. I started the first week with a mild degree of anxiety, which I experienced again in week four. In week two, I encountered a high level of anxiety, which I believe was caused by a midterm and big project I had that week. Weeks three, five, and six were lower, with me only feeling slightly anxious. From there, I experienced almost no anxiety and maintained a balanced mood throughout the last week.
